Returns
Straightforward returns — a 7-day window on unopened items, and full cover if we ever send the wrong or a damaged item.
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first to start a return.
For safety and integrity, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned or refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover it — send your order number and photos and we'll replace it or refund you, including return postage.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted for unopened items within the window; the customer covers return postage.
Message support with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions before you post anything back.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 working days of us receiving the return.
