What we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over your data.
When you order or contact us we collect the details you give us — name, delivery address, email, phone/WhatsApp number and order details — plus basic technical data (e.g. IP address) needed to run the site securely.
To process and dispatch your order, provide support, send order and tracking updates, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
We share only what's necessary with couriers (to deliver your order) and our payment processor (to take payment securely). We never see or store your full card details.
We use essential cookies to run the site and cart. We do not run intrusive advertising trackers.
When you click a WhatsApp button we record that the click happened, so we know which pages and products people enquire about. We log the date and time, the page, the compound and size selected, whether the device was mobile or desktop, and the referring site. We set no cookies for this and we do not store your IP address. To count unique clicks without identifying anyone we store a one-way hash that is re-salted every day, so it cannot be linked back to you or followed from one day to the next. This data stays on our own server and is never sold or shared.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we'll action it.
